Rogier F. van Vlissingen started toying around with computers in high school, and subsequently worked at the PCGD in the Hague, the Dutch postal bank, later acquired by ING, one of the most advanced
IBM360 implementations of its day. Later in the US he spearheaded development of strategic information systems at Stolt-Nielsen. His principal interest is in disruptive application of technology in
business, in re-thinking the paradigm. He views appropriate security as a completely strategic asset.
